It finally started snowing on Friday so Countryboy and I headed to the mountains on Saturday for a little snowshoe tour. About an hour from us, half way between Herisau and Lake Zurich we headed out in lots of fresh powder. It was soooooo lovely. But despite the fact that Countryboy considers this an ‘Easy’ tour, it needs a good hot meal in the stomach to do what he had planned. Click here to see Countryboy’s gallery and blog on hikr.org .
